Fishing And Hunting Tips

i fish the river devon in scotland and i am going to buy a hardy rod witch is 6-7 ft and AFTM 3-4 4-5for the 7 ft but there are no sinking or intermediate lines available so i dont no if you use them in river fishing

Ok, so I’ll be visiting Yosemite in California. Trout Stream & River fishing starts the week AFTER I get there – What a shame! But, if I could, COULD I CATCH TROUT by hand in shallow water? Or is that still considered illegal fishing?

What type of rig would you recommend for river fishing for catfish,trout etc.?Right now I have a lot of bank sinkers and barrel swivels.What kind of line would you recommend 30lb braid? 30lb mono? What else should I add to my equipment?

this saturday me and a few of my friends are going fshing in a river, ive fished before in a lake but not normaly in a river what should i use for bate, hook, ect. also what tactics should i use, should i use a bobber? and also what are some other tips you have for river fishing?

i have gone on a canoe trip up there sevral times, i have used cotton cordell big os and caught walleye and a huge pike, we also use zip baits and mepps aglia #2 spinners for bass, does anyone have some luer reccomendations for wisconsin river fishing or fishing on a sand bottom river?

I live in HB and want to go river fishing for an entire day. I don’t want to drive for more than 2 hours in any direction, and would like some place without a lot of people. I love to hike, so any remote fishing spot that requires a healthy hike is totally game.
